Entry Level Business AnalystNTT DATA Services is seeking an Entry Level Business Analyst to join their team in Albany, New York. The candidate will support the NYS Department of Health Medicaid Enterprise Systems program, working with a team to provide client-facing business support services and complete projects for clients while delivering excellent business value. The role requires 50% onsite component in Albany, NY.Job Responsibilities Include:Attend business/functional area meetings; serve as scribe for these meetingsSupport development and maintenance of SharePoint sitesSupport the PMO with management (development, distribution, archival) of various project documentationSupport business analysis, technical and data requirements and specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts testers to use for test plansResearch answers to business user questionsReview and analyze business user needs and create requirements documentationParticipate in the review, revise or create process documentationReview vendor analysis, design documents and code on various components of a systemParticipate in the evaluation of Disaster Recovery (DR) testing efforts, test results and ensure improvement plans are accurateParticipate in the evaluation of Service Desk and Call Center tickets for trends, aging tickets, and recommend improvementsMonitor/track vendor progress on system change requests using vendor status reportsReview solution vendor system integration test resultsPrepare materials for review with state business usersInterface with state business users and solution vendorsEstablish relationships with client at the appropriate levelsRequired Qualifications:One-two years of experience in information technology business or technical analysis, testing, project management or Quality Assurance servicesAssociate or bachelor's degree or on track to receive an associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or related fieldPreferred Qualification/Experience:Solid understanding of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Any current business or technical certificationExperience within the Healthcare Industry or Medicaid Systems environmentCompensation: Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this hybrid role is $64,008- $88,900. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
