This seat sits at the intersection of labor & employment, general litigation, and IP — built for someone who wants meaningful courtroom reps, not a desk chair. We're a national platform with a genuinely trial-tested litigation culture; state court is not an occasional detour here, it's core to the docket.
Real state court trial experience is the point of this seat, not a nice-to-have — if you want reps in front of a judge, this is where you get them.
$190K compensation, positioned well above typical market comp for this experience band in LA.
Office or remote, with travel for court built into the role rather than an afterthought.
Cross-practice docket (L&E, litigation, IP) that keeps the work varied and builds a broader practice faster than a single-specialty seat.
You'll run state court litigation from filing through trial — labor & employment disputes form the core, with general litigation and IP matters rounding out the docket. This is a hands-on courtroom role, not a document-review seat.
