Role Description The Marketing Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Gilbert, AZ, supporting local office marketing and customer outreach initiatives. This role involves assisting with the execution of marketing campaigns, creating and updating promotional materials, and coordinating digital and community-based marketing activities. The Marketing Assistant will help track marketing performance metrics, support sales and customer service teams with lead generation materials, and maintain accurate records of marketing efforts. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective and existing customers through approved channels, supporting office events and local sponsorships, and ensuring consistent branding across all communications. The role requires close collaboration with office leadership and team members to drive awareness, generate leads, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including gathering, analyzing, and reporting on local market and customer data.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills, with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and problem solving.
• Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, including lead follow-up, basic sales support, and understanding of promotional strategies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Basic proficiency with office productivity tools and common digital platforms (e.g., email, social media, spreadsheets).
• Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in marketing, business, or a related field is beneficial.
