Your Day-to-Day

• Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients
• Help clients explore supplemental benefit options that fit their needs
• Support the enrollment process from start to finish with professionalism
• Maintain organized, accurate digital records and follow-up communication
• Prioritize high-quality, client-focused interactions
• Grow through ongoing mentorship and professional development
• Build long-term relationships with the clients you serve

What We're Looking For

• Strong communicators with solid interpersonal skills
• Self-driven, organized individuals comfortable working independently
• Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools
• A heart for helping people and supporting a purpose-driven mission
• Customer service or consultative background a plus, not required
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Reliable internet and a Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam
